do have his judgment by default, with stay of exe-
cution until the next term of the Court and that the
Clerk do assess the damages, Whereupon the Clerk
having assessed the damages at Four hundred and
three dollars and forty cents, It is further ordered
considered and adjudged by the Court that the said
plaintiff do have and recover of and from the said
defendant the said Sum of Four hundred and three
Dollars and forty cents together with his costs in this
behalf expended taxed at Two dollars and eighty
cents, and the defendant in mercy &c

                    And now on this day came the
plaintiff by his attorney and on motion, It is ordered
by the Court that the plaintiff do have his judgment
by default with Stay of execution until the next
term of the Court and that the Clerk do assess he
damages, Whereupon the Clerk having assessed the
damages at One hundred and forty three dollars
and twelve cents, It is further ordered considered
and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff do
have and recover of and from the said defen-
dant the Said Sum of One hundred and forty
three dollars and twelve cents, together with his Costs
in this behalf expended taxed at Five Dollars and
thirty five cents, and the defendant in mercy &c
