We the undersigned Committee appointed to ex
amine Mr. S.C. Means, touching his qualifications
to plead and practice law in the several Courts of law
and equity in this State, have performed that duty
and take pleasure in recommending said applicant
to all the priviledges of an Attorney, Counsellor and
Solicitor of this Circuit and State

Upon the reception of the Petitions
Reports of the several committees appointed to examine
Messrs Means and Young touching their qualifications
for admission to plead and practice law in the several
Courts of law and equity in this State, It is ordered by the
Court that they be admitted to all the priviledges of
attorneys, Counsellors and Solicitors, upon taking the
usual oath and signing the roll of Attorneys
Whereupon said applicants came forward
and were duly sworn by the Court
