And now on this day came the parties by their
respective attorneys, and the defendant saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs said action
hereof against him, It is ordered that the plaintiff
do have his judgement by default against the defendant
and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk haveing assessed the damages
at Ninety five Dollars and thirty three cents
It is further ordered Considered and adjudged by
the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover
of and from the defendant the said sum of
Ninety five Dollars and thirty three cents
for his damages aforesaid together with his costs
in this behalf expended Taxed at Five & 95/100 Dolls
and the defendant in mercy &c

Ninety nine dollars and fifty one cents ------
for his damages aforesaid together with his 
costs in this behalf expended Taxed at Five 
Dollars and forty cents and the defendant in mercy &c
