And now on this day came the parties by their
respective attorneys, and the defendant saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs said action
hereof against him It is ordered that the plaintiff
do have his judgement by default against the 
defendant and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk haveing assessed the dam=
ages at One hundred and forty seven & 17/100 Dollars
It is further ordered Considered & adjudged by the
Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and 
from the defendant the said sum of One hundred
and forty seven & 17/100 Dollars for his damages afore
said together with his costs in this behalf expended 
Taxed at ---- Five dollars and fifty nine cents

And now on this day came the parties by their
respective attorneys and the defendant saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs said action
hereof against him It is ordered that the plaintiff
do have his judgement by default against the 
defendant and that the Clerk do assess the damages
Whereupon the Clerk haveing assessed the 
damages at two hundred and twenty one Dollars & sixty
eight cents It is further ordered, Considered 
and adjudged by the Court that the plaintiff 
do have and recover of and from the 
defendant the said sum of two hundred & twenty one
dollars & sixty eight cents for his damages aforesaid 
together with his costs in this behalf 
expended Taxed at &c Five Dollars and 
Sixty eight cents
