And now on this day came the parties by their respec=
tive attorneys, and the defendant saying nothing
in bar or preclusion of the plaintiffs said action
hereof against him, It is ordered that the plaintiff
do have his judgement by default and that the 
Clerk do assess the damages Whereupon the 
Clerk haveing assessed the damages at one hun-
dred and twenty six Dollars & eighty cents ----
It is further ordered Considered and adjudged 
by the Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of and 
from the defendant the said sum of One
hundred and twenty six Dollars & eighty cents
for his damages aforesaid, together with the sum
of Five Dollars and Sixty five cents for his costs
in this behalf expended
