=tive attorneys, and the defendant saying nothing in bar 
or preclusion of the plaintiffs said action hereof again-
st him It is ordered that the plaintiff do have his 
judgement by default and that the Clerk do assess 
the damages Whereupon the Clerk haveing assessed 
the damages at one hundred and fifty Eight dollars 40/100
It is further ordered Considered and adjudged by the 
Court that the plaintiff do have and recover of 
and from the said defendant the said sum of 
One hundred & fifty Eight 40/100 dollars for his damages 
aforesaid together with his costs in this behalf
expended Taxed at &c Four dollars and S03/100
