On this day came John P. Sanderson who
prosecutes the pleas thereof and the Defendant by James T. Maghee
moved the Court to Quash the Indictment and after argument
of Council it is ordered by the Court the motion be sustained
and Indictment Quashed and on Motion of the Solicitor
the Said defendant is ordered into custody upon the reconisance
heretofore entered into by him and not to depart the Court
without the leave thereof

the Solicitor of the State of Florida John P. Sanderson Esqr
and the defendant in her proper person, and the Said
Defendant plead Guilty and by the consent of the Solicitor
Submitted her case to the Court and the Court Suspended
the Sentence, untill the next term of the Court
Stephen McKenney appeared in court and acknowledged
himself to owe and stand indebted to the State of Florida
in the Sum of Two Hundred Dollars to be levied of
his goods and Chattles lands and tenements if default
be made in the condition of this reconisance which |
