The Grand Jury also made a General presentment
which at the request was read in Open Court and
filed amoungst the records of the Court

Jno C. Richard Jnr }
                      On this came as well the Solicitor
of the State of Florida John P. Sanderson Esqr who prosecutes
the pleas of the State in this behalf as the Said defendant
in person and the Said Defendant plead Guilty, and with
the consent of the Solicitor Submitted his case to the
Court whereupon the Court Sentenced the Said Jno C. Richard
Jnr to pay to the State of Florida a fine of five Dollars
together with the Costs of this prosecution and to Stand
committed untill the Said fine and costs be paid
thereupon he was remanded to custody

                     On this day came as well the 
Solicitor of the State of Florida Jno P. Sanderson Esqr 
who prosecutes the pleas of the State in this behalf and
the Defendant by Smith & OBrien his attorneys plead Guilty
whereupon the Court Sentenced the Said George M. Galpin
to pay to the State of Florida a fine of Twenty Dollars
together with the Costs of this prosecution & to Stand Committed 
untill the Said fine and costs be paid

                                On this day came as well the 
Solicitor of the State of Florida Jno P. Sanderson Esqr 
who prosecutes the pleas of the State in this behalf 
and the Defendant in person and the Said defendant 
plead Guilty, whereupon the Court Sentenced to Said 
Chas L. Wilson & Saml Russell to pay to the State of Fla
the fine of Twenty Dollars together with the Costs of the
prosecution and to Stand Committed untill the Said fine and 
costs be paid
thereupon he was remanded to custody
