Green Lewis Et al  }  On this day as well the Solicitor of the State
of Florida John P. Sanderson Esqr who prosecutes the pleas of the State in
this behalf and the Defendants in person and on motion of the Solicitor it is
ordered that a nolle prosequi be entered in this case upon condition, that
defendants do pay all the costs of this prosecution

                                Now on this day came the parties by their attorneys
and the Defendant Saying nothing in bar or preclusion of the Plaintiffs cause
of action it is ordered that the Plaintiff do have a Judgment by and
nildicit and the Clerk assess the damages, and the Clerk having assessed the
damages at one hundred and twenty Seven 43/100 Dollars ($127.43)  Thereupon
it is considered and adjudged by the Court that the Plaintiff do have &
recover of and from the said Defendant the sum of one hundred and twenty
Seven 43/100 Dollars for his damages on account of the non performance by
the Defendant of the promises and assumptions in the said Plaintiffs
declaration mentioned, together with the sum of $5.20 for his costs in
and about his suit in this behalf expended, and the Defendant in mercy &c

the said Plaintiffs Declaration mentioned together with the sum
