court, that the said Sarah Wilkerson pay to the State of
Florida, a fine of Ten dollars, together with the cost of
this prosecution,  and that she stand committed until said
fine and costs be paid and it is ordered that process
do issue for the collection of said fine and costs
  It is ordered that John T. Prevatt & Swepson Whitehead witnesses in
the Case of State Vs. Galpin do not receive their pay as witnesses for non
attendance at Court
ordered that all causes, Suits, plaints, indictments, recog-
=nizances, rules, orders and other proceedings herein pending
and not otherwise disposed of, be continued until the
next Term of this Court
       
        Ordered that this Court be adjourned until
