                        And now on this day came the Said
plaintiff by his attorney and presents to the Court his petition
together with the original mortgage of Said Negro Slaves and as
being made to appear to the Court, that the Said petition & mortgage
hath been filed in this Court more than two months before the present Term
of this Court to wit On the 4th day of March 1850, and that notice
of the intention of Said plaintiff to institute the Said Suit hath
been Served upon the Said defendant at least two months before the
present Term of this Court to Wit On the fourth day March
One Thousand Eight hundred and fifty and the Said plaintiff
haveing Exhibited to this Court the evidence of debt to recover
which the Mortgage whereof foreclosed is Sought in this case
was executed which it appears to the Court was here given by
the Said defendant above named as Mortgagor and an affi=
=davit being also made by the Said plaintiff by his attorney
aforesaid Whereby it appears that there is now due and owing
to Said plaintiff the Sum of Eight hundred and fifty five
Dollars & Thirty cents for principal & Interest of which Seven hundred
Eighty Dollars & fifty two cents is principal and Seventy four Dollars
& seventy Eight cents is Interest And no objection haveing been
Shown or filed by way of plea or answer to Said petition of
foreclosure of the siad plaintiff and the said defendant hereupon
on motion of the Said plaintiffs attorney it is considered that
the Said plaintiff do recover of the Said defendant the Sum of Eight
Hundred & fifty five Dollars & thirty Cents so claimed to be due for principal
and interest upon Said Mortgage with Interest thereon at the
rate of *** per cent from the date hereof untill paid
and also the further Sum             Dollars         Cents for his
Costs and charges in this behalf Sustained And it is further
ordered and considered that the Said defendant and all
persons claiming or to Claim by through or under ***** Shall
be for ever foreclosed and debarred of all rights and equity
of redemption of or in the Mortgage property Set forth and descr
=ibed in the Said petition and the Said Mortgage thereto
attached to wit, Moses aged about forty years and Scipio
aged about thirty five years, and that the plaintiff have execution
of this Cause above rendered
