                                   This day came the parties and the Defendant
having withdrawn his plea heretofore filed in this cause, It is ordered and
decreed that the plaintiff have and recover of and from the said Defendant
the sum of one hundred and thirty four dollars and Seventy nine cents (134.79$)
  five dollars and five cents for 
and^his costs in this behalf expended, and it is further ordered by agreement of
parties that execution in this cause be stayed until the next of this Court
