    Clerks Office, Monday, Feb. 24 1873
Board met pursuant to call of the Chairman. Present J.W. Raymond,
Chr. L.G. Dennis, R.F. Rice and Henry James, also Clerk
of Circuit Court.
   Ordered that
               Whereas at a meeting of the board of county
commissioners held on the 15 day of January 1872, it was unan
imously ordered that the valuation of the lands belonging to G.R.
Fairbanks, Estate, N. Brush Est., G. Yale, Henry Marquand
and J.B. Meyers signed by form County Surveyor and approved 
by the county assessor filed with the Board be adopted as correct
by the board and said Fairbanks having made his returns
in accordance with such order for the year 1872
it is therefore
               Ordered that the assessment and valuation
above referred to, be accepted by this board and the
return made, Fairbanks for himself and the parties
aforesaid in accordance with such order be substituted
by tyhe collector of revenue for the one now on
the tax lists.
               Ordered, that the President of the board
and County Clerk shall enclose a copy of this preamble
and order in the duplicate copies of said valuation and deliver
the same to the collector of revenue as his voucher with the
Comptroller.
               Ordered, that P. Shemwell's account stand 
approved for twenty nine dollars and thirty five ($29.35)cents
Voucher No.-
               Ordered, that the Bond of W.K. Cessna as
clerk be and is hereby approved and that the Chairman
of this board certify the same to the Secretary of State at
Tallahassee, Fla.
               Ordered, that the Bond of Louis A. Barnes
as Sheriff stand approved and that the Chairman of
this board certify the same to the proper authority.
          Ordered, that this board select, elect and declare
the following list of three hundred from which the
Grand and Petit Jurors shall be drawn for the
current year of 1873.
