Clerk's Office May 5th,1873.

 Board met persuant to adjournment. Present,
J.W. Raymond, Chr. L.G.Dennis, W.F. Rice, Henry James
and William Trapp; also W.K. Cessna.
               Ordered That a committee of two be
appointed by the chair to examine and report any
erroneous assessments for Revenue for 1872
W.F. Rice and W.K. Cessna (Clerk) were appointed said committee
               Ordered That John Markee be appointed
Road Commissioner for the road from Newmansville to
Hodges Springs in place of Jas K. Stephens resigned
                Ordered That petition of citizens of
Newnansville to New Hope Church be granted.
                Ordered further That said road be
placed under the charge of Road Commissioners
appointed for the road from Newnansville to Hodges
Springs.
                           Ordered That the account of W.Shem=
well for services as Bailiff for Spring Term of Circuit
Court 1873 for 8 Dollars be approved
