     J.E.W. Markey be appointed Road commissioners
     on the Gainesville and Springs Road

357 Ordered that W.W. Pope be appointed road
     commissioner road district no(13) thirteen.

358 Ordered that the assessment on Spann Woods
            lands be reduced to one dollar and fifty
            cents per acre.
359 Ordered that Mrs M.P. Perry be returned of ass-
            essment on the three hundred acres of land
            the deduction to be made at a prorata
            valuation of the whole.
360 Ordered that J.J.B. Holder be returned the assess-
            ment on two houses which he does not
            own and did not own at the time 
            of the assessment.
361 Ordered that S.A. Fewell be paid eighty five
            dollars on a/c of his contract to repair
            the Court House.                         $85.00
362 Ordered that S.A. Fewell be paid fourteen dollars 
    and thirty cents on account of his contract to repair
