 Clerks Office May 30th 1877
Board met Present James Chesnut, President, J.D. Math-
eson, W.W. Scott; and A.E. Acee who was appointed vice
L.A. Barnes removed.      advertised
396 Ordered that the Election^to be held on June the 5th 1877
    be and is hereby postponed until July 5th 1877.
397 Ordered that the clause in order No 378 (which reads as
    follows, and for the purpose of funding the outstan-
    ding indebtedness of the County, be stricken out.
398 Ordered that the Order 378 be published four weeks previous
    to the Election to be held July 5th 1877, (with the clause
    in order No 397 stricken out)
399 Ordered that the Same persons appointed to act
    as Managers of the Election advertised to be held
    on June 5th 1877 be and are hereby appointed to
    Act as Managers of the Election to be held on
    July 5th 1877, and that the Clerk be required
    to have printed posters giving notice of the post
    ponement of said Election to the managers of each
    precinct by Sending to each precinct a copy of the
    poster; herein referred to.
400 Ordered That County Warrant Number 247 be
    Cancelled because the same has been paid as
    appears from the Stub and Warrant Book in the
    Clerks Office
401 Ordered that the following County Warrants be
    approved (viz)
No 457 - $ 6.00
"   80 " $10.00
"   99 " $ 1.00
"   97 " $ 1.00
"   93 " $ 1.00
Whole amount approved this day Nineteen dollars   $19.00
402 Ordered the County Warrant Number 127 be cancelled
    the Same being returned by Matheson & Co as the Same
    had been issued erroneously
403 Ordered that County Warrant Number (27) for twenty
    one dollars be endorsed as irregularly and not allowed
404 Ordered that the Tax Assessor be allowed until the
    First day of July to complete the assessment
    of Taxable property.
405 Ordered that the account of P.G. Snowden
    for Twelve dollars as a member of the Board of
