432 Ordered that the account and Scrip of Mess Walker,
    Evans & Cogswell be returned the same having been
    paid
433 Ordered that in the claim of John OCosby; the board of
    County Commissioners decide that from want of full
    and complete testimony in the case and the legal com-
    plications attending it; they decline to approve the claim.
434 Ordered that the resignation of A.E. Acee be accept-
    ed as Road Commissioner road district
    No 1 and that John J. Barr be and is hereby
    appointed instead.
Whereupon the Board adjourned until the next regular meeting.
