James Chesnut, President, A.E. Acee & W.W. Scott. Minuets
of the previous meeting read and approved. Afterwards
J.D. Matheson made his appearance.
435 Ordered that the account of A.D. Mayo for
Forty Six 60/100 Dollars as County Treasurer
be allowed and paid $46.60
436 Ordered that the account of C.H. Davies Jailor
for Fifty and 40/100 Dollars be allowed and paid
up to July 3rd 1877 $50.40
437 Ordered that the account of Stephen Williams
Constable for the Sum of Forty Six 50/100
Dollars be allowed and paid for the sum of
Twenty five 50/00 Dollars $25.50
438 Ordered that the account of M.M. Lewey
Justice of the Peace and D. Clark Constable
be allowed and paid for Seven 73/100
Dollars $7.73
439 Ordered that the account of S.A. Fewell
as Guard at the Jail be allowed and paid
for the Sum of Twenty Six Dollars $26.00
440 Ordered that the account of M.M. Lewey
and D. Clark for the Sum of Eight 55/100

443 Ordered that the order of County Commissioners
to open a Road from Capt Dudleys to Ackleys Ferry
or Old Town on the Suwannee River be suspend-
ded until the fourteenth day of July 1877, on which
day the County Commissioners will meet to
consider the petition of parties opposed to the
opening of the road as proposed by the pres
ent Road Commissioners by said Board
444 Ordered that the account of P.H. Young Justice
of the Peave for Seven 80/100 Dollars be allowed
and paid for the Sum of Four 40/100 Dollars $4.40
