459 Ordered that the Tax Collector be instructed to sus-
pend the collection of taxes for the year AD1876 on all
property that is assessed on the books of assessment by
imperfect, improper and indefinite description as is
Shown by the exhibit marked "A", hereto attached; until the
description of said property be corrected by the present Tax
Assessor.
It is further ordered that the Tax Assessor in assess-
ing the taxes for the present year AD1877 Shall carefully
correct these descriptions included in Schedule "A"
hereto attached and Shall include in his assessment
of Said lands for the present year AD1877 the ass-
essments thereon also of the taxes for the year AD
1876.
It is further ordered that the Clerk furnish a
copy of this order and the exhibit thereunto att-
ached to the Tax assessor.
Whereupon the Board adjourned to meet, on Saturday
the 14th day of July.

Board met pursuant to adjournment present James
Chesnut, A.E. Acee, and J.D. Matheson, board met for the pur-
pose of considering the Question of the Waccasassa Road
Controversy.
Whereupon P.B.H. Dudley informed the Board that a
Compromise had been agreed upon,
460 Ordered that a Road be opened to Commence at or
near Dry Prairie and to run to intersect the Old Town
and the Gainesville Road at the most convenient
point and that, Gilbert Gay, C.C. Doake and
Thomas G. Haggin be appointed Commissioners
on the Same.
461 Ordered that all amounts due County Paupers
be paid to them in Quarterly installments.
