Board met; Present Messrs Dennis, Rice, James and Trapp, also
W.K. Cessna Clerk
      Ordered, That the County Solicitor's Salary
be fixed at and in no case to exceed $400.-per annum.
      Ordered, That Allan Roper (Pauper) receive
aid from the County not to exceed $5.00 per month.
      Ordered That the Clerk be authorized to issue
duplicate scrip No 94 upon proper evidence that the original has
been lost or destroyed.
      Ordered, That the sum of four hundred dollars
be appropriated for repairs on Court House & that the Treasurer
is hereby insructed to pay the same on requisition of Messrs
Rice and Dennis Committee on repairs.
      Ordered, That all payments for the redemption
of lands sold for Taxes and purchased by the County
shall be made in U.S. Currency.
      Ordered, That a copy of the above order be
furnished the Treasurer
