On Motion A.E. Acee was elected president "pro-
tem."
546. Ordered that Dr. R.C. McCall be and is
     hereby appointed County Physician to Quarantine
     the Trains on the Atlantic Gulf and West
     Indian Transits Companys Rail Road at the
     County line at the point where Said Rail
     Road enters the County on the Eastern Boun-
     dary of the County and there to enforce 
     rigid Quarantine against Fernandina
     using his Sound description in enforcing the
     Said Quarantine and that he is hereby
     empowered to employ a Guard or Guards
     Sufficient to enforce Said Quarantine
Whereupon the Board adjourned to Meet on
Wednesday Next the 12th at 11 o'clock
