Present James Chesnut W.W. Scott and Henry McIntyre
Ordered that the minuets of the Four (4) previous
meetings be read and approved;
548. Ordered that F. Miaskaski and July McManus
     be each of them paid their Quarterly allowance
     from 12th September 1877 to the 12th of December
     1877 to wit three dollars per month: = making
     the Sum total due to each Nine dollars   $9.00
549. Ordered that the account For Guard Service for
     the Sum of Ninety dollars be allowed and paid
     for the Same up to October 9th 1877.    $90.00
550. Ordered that the account of S.C. Tucker Sheriff
     for the Sum of Forty Seven 25/100 Dollars be allowed
     and paid                                $47.25 
551. Ordered that the account of S.C. Tucker Sheriff for
     the Sum of Thirty two dollars for horse hire be
     allowed and paid                        $32.00
552  Ordered that the account of C.H. Davies Jailor
     for the Sum of One hundred and forty Eight
     dollars for feeding prisoners be allowed and
     paid                                   $148.00
Whereupon the Board adjourned to meet on
     Wednesday the 10th instant at 10 o'clock
Board reassembled and passed the following
Orders to wit
553  Ordered that the agreements be executed
     for appeals in the Case of Bryson Robb and
     Wm A. Allen against Alachua County in
     Justice J.C. Gardner's Court be in which
     Judgment was rendered against Said County
     and that the President of the Board of
     County Commissioners Sign Said agree-
     ment for the County.
