627  Ordered that the reading of the minuets of the previous Meetings
     be dispensed with until the next regular Meeting
628  Ordered that A.E. Acee, W.W. Scott and Henry
     McIntyre be appointed as committee to have the
     Prarie Bridge repaired at once and that they
     are empowered to employ the Convicts in Jail
     to repair Said Bridge and to employ a necessary
     Guard for the Convicts while doing the Said
     Repairs
