The Board of County Commissioners met
pursuant to regular adjournment at which
was present James Chesnut President, J.D. Matheson
W.W. Scott and A.E. Acee
          762.
Ordered that the minuets of the two previous
meetings be approved,
          763
Ordered that the Sheriff be required to Send the
Convicts confined in Jail to Prarie Creek Bridge
and repair the ditches and crossings and fill
up the ditch,
          764
Ordered that there be one Election district
established with Boundaries as follows to wit
All that portion of the County lying in township
Nine Range Nineteen and township ten Range
nineteen bounded as follows, Bounded on the
East by Range line dividing Ranges 19 & 20, on
the South by township line dividing townships
ten and eleven, in the west by Range line di-
viding Ranges 18 & 19 in the North by township
line dividing townships nine and Eight the
Same to be known and designated as Election
District Number twelve (12) with voting precinct
at Arredondo.

Ordered that Boundaries the Election District Number
Seven be changed, So as to have for a
Boundary on the West the Range line
Dividing Ranges 19 & 20.

Ordered that the orders No 764 and 765 be
published four consecutive weeks in the Gaines-
ville times

Ordered that the clerk be required to have Struck
off Six copies of the ***** of ***** in
Each Election District for posting in the Same
