Board met pursuant to adjournment of yesterday
at which was present A.E. Acee J.D. Matheson &
Henry McIntyre
On motion of J.D. Matheson, A.E.
Acee was elected Chairman Pro tem.

Ordered that all the lands included in the injunc-
tion granted in the United States Court against
G.P. Thomas Collector be assessed as follows
to wit all land therein lying within three miles of
the towns of Waldo and Archer and the Rail
Road be assesed at two dollars and fifty cents
per acre, all lands lying without the distance
of three miles of the Said places and the Said
Rail Road be assessed at one dollar and twenty
five cents per acre and that all Town Lots in
the town of Waldo be assessed at one hundred
dollars each and that all lots in the Town of
Archer be assessed at Fifty dollars per acre Each

Ordered that Ellen Hill be paid Twelve dollars
as County Pauper for the Months of July August
and September up to October 2nd 1878 $12.00
Whereupon the Board adjourned until tomorrow
at 10 oclock AM

to adjournment of yesterday at which was pres-

be approved by the Board
