Board of County Commissioners met at their
Regular Monthly meeting at which was present
Jas D. Matheson, A.E. Acee, and Henry McIntyre
On Motion of J.D. Matheson  A.E. Acee was
elected Chairman Pro tem.

Ordered that Judge T.F. King be required to give
the Comptroller all the facts with regard to the
Injunction granted by the U.S. Court against
G.P. Thomas Rev Col,

Ordered that the Clerk of the Board publish Notice
in the Gainesville Times as follows to wit
That the Board of County Commissioners meet on
the First Tuesday in September A.D. 1878 to contin-
ue the equalization of assessments and for the
completion of the Same and that all parties are
hereby notified that no complaints as to assessments
will be allowed after the completion of the Same
          841.
Ordered that the Following named persons are
hereby allowed the Sum of Fifty Cents each for
services as witnesses & Jurors
