The Board of County Commissioners met pursuant to
advertisement of orders by the Board and at their
regular Monthly meeting,

A.E. Acee, J.D. Matheson and Henry McIntyre,

Ordered that the verbal report of George Hoover Archi-
tect for County Jail be received,

Ordered that the Land Tax of Mrs Ida E.
Hicks be reduced from Seven hundred dollars
to Five hundred dollars,
          853.
Ordered that Mrs M.P. Perrys real estate be assessed
at Seven thousand dollars,
          854
Ordered that the Contract to Build Bridges
over Hoges Mill Branch and Mutallo Pen Branch be
awarded to D.J. Dinkins, and that he enter into
contract with the Road Commissioners Said Contract to
be drawn up by the attorney for the County,

Ordered that a road be opened from S.W. Corner of
Sec 14, T8. R21. running West on Section Line between
Secs 15 & 22 to to W line of Sec 16, thence North Westerly to
Connect with road crossing Santa fee Lake, and
that Frank J.F. Bradley  Hardie Raulerson and
Robert Campbell be appointed Commissioners on
the Same and the Same is hereby declared a
public Highway,

Ordered that the assessment of James Croxton Sr
on real estate be reduced to two thousand
dollars and that the assessment of Sixty
head of sheep be added the Same to be assessed
at one dollars and fifty cents per head,

Ordered that the Petition of H.J. Fuch and
others for the Straightening of the road from the one
mile post near Newnansville running it by the M.E.
Church be granted
