fined in a sum not less than one hundred nor
more than five hundred dollars or by imprisonment
not less than one month nor more than five months at
the discretion of the Court,

receive and determine upon applications for license

Ordered that a Road be opened from Doans
Bridge to intersect with the Waldo and Gainesville
road at the ford of Little Hatchet Creek, and that
S.W. Sparkman and Thos B. Knight and R.S.
Bennett be appointed Commissioners in the
Same      886.
Ordered that the account of R.H. Stringfellow
J.P. for the Sum of Six 15/100 Dollars be allowed
and paid for the Same                         6.15
And that the account of Geo W. Hawthorn
Constable for the Sum of Nine 97/100 Dollars be paid
for the Same                                 $9.97
