Board met persuant to adjournment. Present
Messrs Raymond Rice James Trapp & Dennis, also
W.K. Cessna, Clerk
The Board sitting as Board of Equalization Ordered
that the rate of Taxation per one hundred dollars for State
& County and other purposes be levied as follows;
For State Tax proper seventy cents, General sinking
Fund and interest Tax on State Bonds of 1873 forty cents.
For Sinking Fund and interest Tax on State Bonds of 1871
fifteen cents.
For State School Tax ten cents.
For County Tax proper seventy five cents.
For County Tax for School purposes sixty cents.
Ordered that the Board of Equalization adjourn
tomorrow morning eleven o'clock
Ordered that the Board of County Commissioers
adjourn until tomorrow morning eleven o'clock

Ordered that the account of William Trapp for
twelve dollars for services as County Commissioner be approved
Voucher No 34.
Ordered that the account of Henry James for ten
dollars for services as County Commissioner be approved Voucher No 35.
Ordered that the account of A.D. Mayo for one
hundred dollars for services as County Treasurer be approved Voucher
No 36.
Ordered that the account of C. Dumas for one hundred
dollars for building bridge across Hog town Creek be approved Voucher
No. 37.
