Ordered that the proposition of S.A. Snow
agent for Sundry parties be accepted on the
Condition that the taxes on the Lands of all
parties whom he represents be paid at once
and that the suit the against the Tax Collector
be at once dismissed and that he furnish
the County Auditor with a certificate of the
Dismissal of the Same from the United
States Court,

employed in working the Road to the Fair Ground
and that they be employed Subject to the
order of the Superintendent of the Fair Grounds,

Ordered that H.L. Bevill be appointed
Road Commissioners on the Sudorn**** Road
from the West End of Cunningham Lane to the
place where the Same crosses the Haile Road
