Clerk's Office Sept 1st 1873.

Board met pursuant to adjournment, present Messrs
Raymond, Rice, Trapp and James, also W.K. Cessna
Clerk.

     Ordered that the Commissioners on the road
from Newnansville to Archer be notified that their
road is extended to the Marion County line.

     Ordered that the settlement road from 
Gainesville to Wellington Springs be made a County
road and that David Kite, Jsaac Roberts and Ivan
Holder be appointed road Commissioners on the same.

     Ordered that Chester Field be allowed the
sum of $7 35/100 for services as a witness May Term 1870
Voucher No. 47

     Ordered that Edward L. Snowden, W.S. Perry
and W.T. Shuford be appointed Commissioners on the
road from Gainesville to Micanopy.

     Ordered that the Tax Collector receive nothing
but U.S. Currency in payment of County Taxes.

     Ordered that the County Treasurer redeem
all outstanding County Scrip when presented properly
endorsed.
 
     Ordered that when the County Treasurer
pays the County Auditor's warrants he shall cancel 
the same by writing across the face the name of the 
person from whom received and date of script.

     Ordered that all County scrip when issued shall
be countersigned on the books and in the office before 
delivery and that all persons taking scrip from the
auditors office without such countersigning shall do
so at their own risk.
