Ordered that J.J. Knighton be allowed three

Ordered that the order of Dismissal of the Cases
in the U.S. Court vs G.P. Thomas Rev Collector be
filed with the papers of this date to wit Jun 3rd 1879,

Ordered that H.C. Parker Justice of the Peace be
paid one 45/100 as Justice of Peace           $1 45

Ordered that the account of J.J. Kelley for feeding a
man be not paid as the same was without authority,

Ordered that the account of S.C. Tucker as shff
for services as shff for the sum of Twenty four 80/100
be paid                                      $24.80

Ordered that S.H. Wienges be paid twenty seven 20/100
Dollars for feeding prisoners                $27.20

Ordered that steps be placed at each of the four gates to
the Court House Yard, to be 4 ft high in the center and to be
made in a workman like style and to be of the best
heart lumber to be painted with two coats of paint of the
same color as the fence the foundation of the steps
to be of Rock and to be built of 2 in plank planed
and that G.K. Broome let out the contract for the
Same to the lowest bidder and that the same be com
pleted at the shortest possible time
