shff for services as such for the sum of
Twelve 50/100 be allowed and paid            $12.50

Ordered that Turner Gray and Easter Johnson be each
paid four dollars as witnesses in J.P. Court  $8.00

Ordered that hereafter all and any persons desiring
to open any Road shall give notice that they
will on a certain day apply to the Board of County
Commissioners for such road to be opened said notice
to be posted along the route of the road to be opened
at least 20 days prior to the date of the applica-
tion to be made to the Board of County Commissioners
or by publication of said notice in any News
paper published in said County, for the space
of 20 days and that this Order be posted at
at least six promanent places in the County,
