Ordered that the petition of Caesar Bradley be not
granted,

      That Mary Hopkins County pauper be allowed
Four dollars per month as aid                        $4 00

      That the account of G.K. Broome for potash &c
furnished the County for the sum of One 60/100 Dollars
be paid                                              $1 60

      That the jurisdiction of the Road Commissioners on the
Road from Waldo along the Penninsula Railroad to the
County line south be abridged so as that they will have
jurisdiction from Waldo to Orange Creek Church,

      That David Mott Depty shff be paid the
sum of Two 85/100 Dollars for services as such       $2.85

      That the account of W.H. Belton for services as
a Witness for the County in the U.S. Court for the
Sum of Eighteen 70/100 Dollars be paid              $18.70

      That a Road be opened from Archer to
Wocohoota and that J.C. Neal and Floyd Duke
be appointed Commissioners on the same,
