Supreme Court of the United States for final
adjudication and that the Board be au-
thorized to give bond in such a sum as in the
Judgment of the County attorneys may be
deemed necessary to perfect an appeal
to the supreme Court of the United states
and that G.K. Broome be authorized and
directed to sign the said Bond as President
of the Board of County Commissioners by order
of the Board of County Commissioners.
