Ordered That on and after Twenty one days
after the first publication of the foregoing law
and order The Board of County Commissioners will
receive and determine upon applications for license
or permit in accordance with the term and effect
of the Same

Ordered That the proposition of Joseph
Voyl to make Township Maps of the County
the Same to contain the name of all the Owners
And the Description of the land of each owner
So far as practicable for the Sum of Three
dollars per Township or each fractional Town-
ship thereof be accepted

Ordered that the assessor be Granted until Au-
gust 4th 1879 to Complete the assessment a
large portion of the Tax payers having failed to
return their property as by law required

The Board met pursuant to a Call of the Presi-
dent Present G.K. Broome President, E.D. Hodges &
W.A. Geiger    1149
Ordered That One Thousand Dollars be issued
to be used as a collatteral for the purposes
of raising four hundred dollars to perfect the
appeal in the Case of R.C. Dennis vs Alachua
County to the Supreme Court of the United States
the said Sum of Four Hundred dollars to bear a
rate of interest not exceeding 20 per cent and to be
payable on January 1st 1880=
