Board met pursuant to adjournment; present
Messrs Rice, James and Trapp, also W.K. Cessna
Clerk.
Ordered that the order passed at the
last meeting of the Board instructing the Tax
Collector to receive nothing but U.S. Currancy in
payment of County Taxes be and the same is here
by revoked.
Ordered that the Clerk of the Court shall
take charge of the Court Room and keep the door
locked and that he shall not allow the room open
ed except for Courts and Public meetings when
called by a respectable number of good and
peaceable citizens.
On motion the Board adjourned to meet
on the first Monday in November AD 1873.

Assessor, be allowed for Fivehundred Dollars, voucher

Ordered that the account of W.F. Rice for arrest-
ing and Sending prisioner to Jail be allowed for Seventeen
~ Dollars, voucher No
Ordered that the account of Henry James for services
as County Commissioner be allowed for twelve Dollars
voucher No
Ordered that the account of W.F. Rice for Three hund-
dred and eighty Dollars, balance due for repairs on Court House
be allowed, voucher No 49
