Alachua County Defendants do hereby agree
that Judgment shall go for the amount of the
face of the County scrip sued on by Richard
F. Lawton - William Sinclair et all and Thomas
Willingham Jr upon the following Conditions to wit;
that no execution or other proceedings shall be
had to enforce said Judgment, Provided that
the said Defendants shall make payment
of the sums collected under the levy of two Mills
tax for County Buildings and Bridges for the
year 1879 payment to be made on or before
the first day of March AD 1880 And to be
distributed pro rata among all the holders
of the scrip issued to Winburn J. Lawton for
building the County Jail of Alachua County
and upon the payment on or before the first day
of March of Each succeeding year of the
sums collected under the annual levy
of the two Mill tax by the County for County
Buildings and Bridges the same to be distributed
as provided for in regard to the payment of
the taxes of 1879 And said Stay shall be
upon the further Condition that the levey
and appropriation for each suceeding
year shall be made by Defendants as above
provided for

That the Board Examine the Tax Books for 1879
and correct all errors therein and that after a
thorough examination of the Books the assessor
was required to take the Books and correct
all errors pointed out by the Board and
that be return the Books so corrected to the |
