      That T.R. Waits be paid Two 77/100 Dollars
for services as Justice of the Peace           $2.77

      That Andrew Williams be paid Nine dollars
for services as servant at Cir Court           $9.00

      That A.J. Cauthen be relieved of assessment
on Horses and Cattle and that his assessment
on Lands be reduced to $500 00/100

      That the warrant for the Collection of
the taxes assessed for the year AD 1879 issued to the
Collector of Revenue for this County by the assessor
of Taxes, having expired it is hereby resolved and
ordered that another warrant be issued to the Collector
and that 14th day of June AD 1880 be named in 
it as the day by which the taxes shall be Collected
and paid over and final settlement made with
the Comptroller and County Commissioners and that
the same be signed in an open Board by the Members
of the Board of County Commissioners now present
and attested by the Clerk

lished with boundaries as follows to wit, All that portion
of Alachua County lying and being within the following
boundaries to wit: Commencing at the Mouth of Big Hatchet
Creek thence following the Meanderings of said creek to the
South East Corner of section Nine T Nine (9) Range Twenty one
(21) S & E thence due North to township line dividing Townships
Eight and Nine thence along said township line West to a
point due North of the North West corner of Fractional
section Two Township Nine Range twenty (20) thence due
South to the South West Corner of section Twenty Three
(23) Township Nine (9) Range Twenty thence due East to
Little Hatchet Creek thence down and following the
Meanderings of said Creek to the Mouth thereof thence
along the Northern Boundary of Newnans Lake
