Present Messrs Dennis, James and Rice, also
W.K. Cessna Clerk
Ordered that the petition of R.H. Hall
and others for a road commencing on the East side
of the River of Styx and running in the direction of
Orange Lake, crossing the creek connecting Orange
and Lockloosa Lakes and thence to Antioch Church
on the road from Waldo to Ocala be granted.
Ordered further that J.M. Hunter and George
J. Arnow be appointed road commissioners to lay
out said road.
Ordered that Witness certificate No 46 for $11.85
be referred to the Clerk for examination and afterwards
approved. Voucher No 82.
Ordered that the Treasurer be authorized to
burn or otherwise destroy the cancelled scrip now
in his possession and that the same be done in
the presence of two members of the Board.
Ordered that the account of L.A. Barnes
Sheriff for two hundred and seventy one dollars
and forty cents $271.40 be approved.

Ordered that the account of W.K. Ceessna for
services as Clerk of County Court January Term 1874 be
approved for $8.15 Voucher No 84.
Ordered that the real estate of W.W. Lewis be re
duced to one half the present assessd valuation as re
ported by the Collector of Revenue.
Ordered that Thomas Reece Henry Douglas and
William Ross be allowed $15.00 for arresting and bring
ing to town Alfred Graham, charged with murder. Voucher
No 85. Five dollars a piece on the same voucher.
