     Ordered that Henry James and W.F. Rice be ap
pointed a committee of two to take charge of the papers 
and recordS in evidence and to begin prosecution for the 
County in the matter of the fraudulent manipulation
and altering of County scrip as appears from the records
of the Clerk's Office.
     Ordered that P.G. Snowden be released from
taxation on 580 acres of land belonging to him and
now under water on Paynes Prairie.
     Ordered that the County Solicitor proceed 
to prosecute all the road commissioners on the fol
lowing roads VIZ: the roads leading to Waldo, Nica
nopy and Hogtown Creek or Levy County unless
said roads be put in good order within the next thirty 
days and the Sheriff is hereby required to notify
said road Commissioners of the passage of this order.
     Ordered that W.F. Rice and L.G. Dennis be al
lowed $25.00 each for services as members of the Board
of County Commissioners for the year 1873. Voucher No 86.
     Ordered that Mrs. Sidney Bryan wife of 
Stephen Bryan late of this County deceased, be taxed
only with such property as she possesses of said estate,
that is, a one third interest dower, and fifty acres
of her own separate property.
     Ordered that Daphne Bleach Pauper be
allowed the sum of five dollars per month. Voucher No
     Ordered that Sections 13, 14 and 15 of Township
9 Range 20 belonging to James B. Brown be assessed for
taxes at one dollar per acre. (1920 acres)
     Ordered that the Clerk be requested to furnish
the Tax Collector and County Treasurer with a list of
all the scrip now issued giving the number and
amount and to whom issued and also a copy list
of all the scrip hereafter to be issued at the time of its issue.
     Ordered that no lands shall be assessed at 
less than one dolar per acre unless where they are
