     Ordered that the Bond of Louis A. Barnes Tax - 
Collector, be approved - 
     Prdered that the petition of Louis A. Barnes,
requestion a deduction of taxes on Gin - house and other
property destroyed by fire, be laid over until the next
meeting of this Board.
     Ordered that J.J. Bain be appointed road - 
commissioner on road leading from Gainesville 
to Hog-town creek and Levy County and that the 
clerk be required to send him his commission - 
     Ordered that W.K. Cessna be allowed $40.00
on Treasurer's certificates numbered 302, 315, 317, 314,
and 316 - voucher no 99 - (Refer for voucher to page 29, rescinded order)
     Ordered that the account of L.A. Barnes Sheriff
be approved for $45.00 for conveying three prisoners to
Jail ((ERROR))
     Ordered that the account of L.A. Barnes Sheriff
be approved for $45.00 for feeding three prisoners for the 
month of February A.D. 1874. Voucher no 110.
     Ordered that a committee be appointed to 
draft, plan and estimate costs of building jail
and report at next meeting - 
     Ordered that the President of the board
act with said committee.
     Ordered that the petition of James Kincaid
be referred to Tax - Collector for information. 
     Ordered that the petition of Wilkison Call
be indefinitely postponed -
     Ordered that the petition of George R. Fair-
banks be postponed for future consideration
