      That there The President of the BOard of County Commissioners
and W.H. Robertson be and are hereby authorized to enter un to
a Contract with Isham U. Malphurs to built a Bridge across
Prairie Creek the said Malphurs to give good and sufficent
Bind for the efficient and faithfull discharge of his
Contract said Bridge not to cost more than Eight hundred
and Fifty five dollars

      That the sume of Three hundred dollars be and
is hereby appropriated for the purpose of sinking an
Artesian Well said amount to be paid out under the
direction of the President of the Board of County Commissioners
and after the Well is completeed and that the President
is allso appointed a committee of one to consult with the Town
Authorities in regards to the location of said Well and is
authorized to give any permission that may be deemed necessary
