      That the Bond of S.C. Tucker as sheriff
be approved in the sum of Four thousand
dollars with W.A. Geiger, Robt W. campbell and
Rusell B. Smith as surities

      That the assessment of N.A. Mackey on
personal proprty be reduced to ten dollars
