East Florida Seminary for the next Scholastic year

That there be appropriated for the rent of the
Gainesville Guards Armory the sum of Forty Five dollars

Chapter 3421 [No 9] laws of Florida that this
Board of County Commissioners build a Court
House on the present site; due and legal notice
of the intention of this Board having been given
for Thirty days by publication in the Alachua
Advocate a Newspaper published in Gaines-
ville Alachua County Florida of their intention
to act on the Question of Building as New
Court House
Whereupon the Board adjourned until tomorrow
morning
