      That Nellie McCall Bailey be appointed a beni-
ficiary to the East Fla Seminary for the Next Scholastic
year and that Sallie A. Smoke, J.D. Shaylor and
Ova M. Kennard be appointed Benificiaries to the
East Florida Seminary for the next Scholastic year

      That there be appropriated for the rent of the
Gainesville Guards Armory the sum of Forty Five dollars

      That under and by virtue of Section 1-
Chapter 3421 [No 9] laws of Florida that this
Board of County Commissioners build a Court
House on the present site; due and legal notice
of the intention of this Board having been given
for Thirty days by publication in the Alachua
Advocate a Newspaper published in Gaines-
ville Alachua County Florida of their intention
to act on the Question of Building as New
Court House
Whereupon the Board adjourned until tomorrow
morning
