and for County License Tax Fifty per Cent on
the amount of the state Tax

      That In Consideration of other special
and unavoidable expenses to the County the
Board declines to reconsider the appropriation
of Forty Five Dollars for Armory for the Gaines-
ville Guards

      That the Board adjourn until the next
regular meeting

      That the road leading from Gainesville to Newnansville
via Cunningham Lane as specified in the Petition be granted
provided no cost accrues to the County

feeding Prisoners for $82.00 be paid on the auditing of J.A. carlisle
Clerk & Co Auditor

      That the account of Samuel C. Tucker as Sheriff for
$35.90 be paid on the auditing of same by J.A. Carlisle
Clerk & County Auditor

      That Mr I.U. Malphurs be allowed $40.00 Dollars
on the return of Mr J.A. Carlisle as part payment on Bridge
on Santa Fee River above Worthington Springs and that
the remainder $100.00 be paid on completion of work
