across Hog Town Creek leading from Gainesville to the
intersection of Arredonda and Newnansville Public Raod

That whereas Ferdinand Bayer has made
application to the Board of County Commissioners
for a permit to sell Liquors wines & beers at
Gainesville Alachua County Florida in Election
District Number seven of said County and
whereas the said Ferdinand Bayer has complied
with the requirements of the Law as provided for
by Chapter 3416 laws of Florida
It is therefore
ordered that the said Ferdinand Bayer be
granted a permit to sell Liquors Wines and Beer
in Election District Number Seven at Gainesville
Florida Alachua County
Ordered that the Board adjourn to
meet Monday Nov 12th 1883
