Board met pursuant to adjournment present
L.G. Dennis, W.F. Rice, James B. Brown, Henry James,
and William Trapp also W.H. Belton, Clerk.
13  Ordered, that the account of L.A. Barnes, for
Services as Sheriff be approved for one hundred and
twenty two dollars ($122.00) Voucher No 127.
14  Ordered, that the account of Saml W. Burnett
for Services as Justice of the Peace be referred to Clerk
for examination and report.
15  Ordered, that the final account of W.K. Cessna
for services as Clerk and Auditor of Board of County
Commissioners be approved for one hundred and 
twenty nine dollars & forty cents ($129.40) Voucher
No 126.
16  Ordered, that the final account of E.C.F.
Sanchez for services as County Solicitor be approved
for fifty dollars ($50.00)Voucher No 128.
17  Ordered, that the Petition of J.W. Childs in
relation to final settlement with the County as Col
lector of Revenue, be indefinately postponed.
18  Ordered, that the President and Clerk be 
authorized to examine scrip and if found cor
rect, to reissue the same.
19  Ordered, that the sum of seven hundred 
and forty five dollars be, and is hereby allowed
F.& H.E. Pardee, as per contract, for building 
on Prairie Creek. Voucher No 125.
20  Ordered that the account of F. & H.E.
Pardee be approved for six dollars and eighty
cents ($6.80) for lumber and hauling for bridge
on Sweet Water Branch. Voucher No 125.
21  Ordered, that L.G. Dennis be allowed
thirteen dollars and fifty cents ($13.50) on County
Juror's Certificates, numbered 8 & 10 September Terms
1869 & 1870 County Court. Voucher No 129.
