The Board of County Commissioners met this
day pursuant to adjournment, present

Ordered               2270
      That J.A. Carlisle County auditor be required
to publish advertise in a New York Weekly paper for two insertions
for Competive bids for plans and specifications Designs
for a Court House, The Court House not to exceed
in cost the sum of Twenty five thousand dollars
one hundred dollars to be paid for the design
which is accepted, the Board reserving the
right to reject any and all designs

      That the County Treasurer be required to
pay the amount of the Internal improvment
fund on hand to R.C. Dennis and W.J. Lawton, dividing
the same equally between them the same to be
applied to the payment of their Judgment
against the County
