Board met; present, W.F. Rice, James B. Brown, and 
William Trap: also W.H. Belton, Clerk.
     On Motion it was ordered that James B. Brown
act as President pro tem at this meeting.
     On Motion, the minutes of the last meeting were
read and approved.
22  Ordered that Eli Ramsey be allowed seventeen
dollars and forty five cents ($17.45) on County Jurors Certifi
cates: Voucher No
23  Ordered that Scott Turner receive aid from the
County to the amount of six dollars ($6.00) per month.
24  Ordered that the account of Allen M. Jones for
five dollars and seventy five cents for services as
Justice of the Peace and issuing writ of habius cor
pus in the case of the State vs Nathan Green be
and the same is hereby not allowed.

     On motion the minutes of the last meet
ing were read and approved.
25  Ordered, that the Petition for new County road 
from Gainesville to Waccahoota be granted and
that J.W. Tison, Elias Smith and William Ellis
be appointed road commissioners to open and super
intend said road.
26  Ordered, that Mary Rollins County pauper receive
aid from the County to the amount of five dollars ($5.00) per
month.
27  Ordered, that the account of W.H. Belton be approved
for sixty seven dollars and ninety five cents ($67.95) for
services as clerk, May Term County Court 1874.
28  Ordered, that the account of W.H. Belton be
